Fortune Room introduces special casseroles using fresh lobster from the other side of the Pacific Ocean.  Chef recommendation is casserole baked Boston lobster with black pepper. All ingredients will be tossed then braised with thick broth. This is just so exceptional for your enjoyment.

Dongshan goat is from Hainan, famous for its tender texture. The Capital selects premium Dongshan goat for hot pot. It exudes fragrance that is not gamey for your culinary delight.
