For this festive season, Beijing Oi Suen specially curated New Year delights. Our chef recommends braised prawns with preserved pickled vegetables. Inspired by Cantonese soy sauce king prawns, combined with the northern "fried and braised" cooking style, adding scallion oil and other classic elements of Cantonese cuisine keeps the meat firm and appetizing.
