Special Promotion of Beijing Clubhouse in October

Golden Autumn October, the fragrance of osmanthus flowers wafts through the air. Beijing Clubhouse celebrates this wonderful National Day joy with you.

“Autumn wind blows, it is time to enjoy the most scrumptious crabs.” Fortune Room will showcase sophisticated crab specialties. The chef has crafted crab meat and prawn emerald bun, bean curd roll with crab meat and sea urchin. The bun is made from spinach, filled with nice and chewy big prawn, for a tasty umami delight for you.

Beijing Oi Suen features dishes to please your palate in this autumn.  Chef prepares osmanthus, chestnuts braised pork.  The specially sourced five-layers pork belly is long cooked, with osmanthus and chestnuts from Huairou, to tenderise.  The salty fresh pork belly gets a hint of sweetness for a complex taste.  There are more special dishes and desserts offered that allow you to savour the changing of seasons.

Boston lobsters grow slowly in low temperatures in open sea. They mature between July to October every year.  The lobster meat during this period is plump, delicate, sweet, and full of umami. This seasonal gastronomy is available at The Capital in September.

The Library pamper you with lovely sea breeze.  Chef recommends Thai style coconut green lobster curry.  Coconut cream is melted into the strong curry fragrance with white jade mushroom, and deep-fried lobster - an absolutely delightful dining experience for you.
