Clarification Statement on the Fraudulent Use of Beijing Clubhouse’s Name on Product Advertisements

Recently, Xiamen Lanjintupu Technology Co., Ltd. (厦门蓝金图谱科技有限公司) has been using the name of "Beijing Hong Kong Jockey Club Clubhouse" on e-commerce platforms to promote and sell its products “AlcoBurner” without any authorization from Beijing Clubhouse, seriously misleading consumers and causing huge losses to our brand image. To protect the interests of consumers and our Members and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our company, we hereby make the following clarification statement:

I. There is no affiliated corporate relationship or cooperation relationship between Beijing Hong Kong Jockey Club Clubhouse Ltd. and Xiamen Lanjintupu Technology Co., Ltd., nor is there any authorized operation, regional agency, brand license, or after-sales service, etc. between Xiamen Lanjintupu Technology Co., Ltd. and us. Meanwhile, there is no relationship between the product “AlcoBurner” and us, either.

II. Beijing Clubhouse has not authorized any enterprise, institution, or individual to conduct business activities in the name of our company. Our company bears no responsibility for the source, quality, technical support, and after-sales service of the products made, assembled, or sold by other companies. Members and customers are kindly requested to carefully identify when purchasing and using such products.

III. Beijing Clubhouse reserves the right to pursue under the law the legal responsibility of any enterprise, institution, or individual that fraudulently conducts business activities in the name of our company.
