LONGINES International Jockeys’ Championship

The LONGINES International Jockeys’ Championship lives up to its reputation as the premier contest of its kind on the global calendar. On Wednesday, 4 December at Happy Valley Racecourse, Members can witness an all-star cast of some of the world’s best jockeys vying for a record HK$800,000 prize to be shared by the top three riders. The first of the major events in a week-long celebration of international racing, it is followed by the LONGINES Hong Kong International Races on Sunday, 8 December at Sha Tin Racecourse. At Happy Valley Racecourse, you can look forward to lively scenes introducing the participating jockeys as the races commence, accompanied by jubilant cheers from the enthusiastic crowd. Zac Purton and João Moreira will be representing Hong Kong; other star jockeys such as Frankie Dettori, Ryan Moore and Silvestre de Sousa will also be taking part on the race night.

LONGINES Hong Kong International Races – Barrier Draw

The Barrier Draw results for the four G1 LONGINES Hong Kong International Races – the Hong Kong Cup, Hong Kong Mile, Hong Kong Sprint and Hong Kong Vase – will be determined at the official Barrier Draw ceremony in the Sha Tin Racecourse’s Parade Ring on the morning of Thursday, 5 December.

LONGINES Hong Kong International Races Gala Dinner and LONGINES World’s Best Jockey Award Ceremony

All eyes are on Sha Tin Racecourse as leading horses, jockeys, trainers and Owners from around the globe compete for a total of HK$93 million in prize money in four G1 events at the LONGINES Hong Kong International Races.
