From 23 - 30 April, sample the special à la carte menu at Beijing Oi Suen, including Braised Fish Maw with Pomelo Peel and Shrimp Roe in Chicken Broth, and Sliced Barbecued Goose Duck, prepared by a team of guest chefs from Oi Suen in Sha Tin.
