Changing Rooms
Dos
- Register at the reception counter by presenting your Membership Card before entry
- Keep your personal belongings in the locker provided
- Keep the changing room tidy
- Respect other users' equal right to enjoy the facility
- Keep your voice low
- Return all the Club-provided towels into the laundry baskets after use
- Wrap phlegm with a tissue and flush it down the toilet
- Dispose of used shower caps, razors, cotton buds etc. in the rubbish bin
Don’ts
- Using photographic or video devices
- Exercising
- Littering
- Cutting nails
- Shaving in the shower
- Applying strong-smelling perfume or deodorants
- Cutting, dyeing or chemically treating hair
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), eating or consuming alcoholic beverages
- Bringing glassware into the changing rooms
- Using loud, foul or abusive language
- Allowing children over 1 metre tall or over the age of 6 to enter the changing room of the opposite sex
- Using towels as floor mats or to clean shoes
- Using personal audio devices without headphones
- Drying your personal belongings with hair dryers or hand-dryers
- Abusing or removing the Club's supplies
- Leaving your belongings unattended
- Reserving unoccupied rest beds with towels or personal belongings
