Register at the Reception Counter by presenting your Membership Card before entry
Use all equipment according to the instructions given by the gym staff
Be considerate to other users and respect their equal right to use the equipment
Wipe equipment after use with the towels provided
Replace equipment properly after use
Book "cardio" exercise equipment before use
Wear workout attire (sports clothing and shoes) in the gym and aerobics studio at all times
Note that all Mainland Members and designated HKJC Members are entitled to use all facilities and services of the Recreation Centre but fees may apply
Vacate the gym facilities 10 minutes prior to the closing time
Note that each Member may invite two guests and Members are responsible for all charges incurred by their guests
Note that accompanied guests may use the facilities at a charge. The Member shall be responsible for his or her guest’s conduct and guests must strictly observe the gym's rules and regulations

Note that Clubhouse Management reserves the right to limit guest usage of facilities at any time and at the discretion of the management
Use photographic, video devices, personal audio devices without headphones and mobile phones (converse on the mobile phone or sending, receiving voice messages)
Engage in shadow boxing, jumping, ball games, contact sports or any rough and noisy behaviour
Misuse or damage equipment
Consume alcoholic beverages before or while doing fitness exercise
Smoke, spit, litter, eat or drink (except for fruits and beverages offered by the Club on the premises)
Engage the services of trainers other than those appointed by the Club
Remove sports shirts in the exercise areas
Allow minors under the age of 14 or below 1.5m in height to use the gym equipment
Use the gym equipment when feeling unwell or having infectious diseases, heart problems or under other body conditions not suitable for body exercise
