The Club is proud to announce that Beijing Clubhouse’s Catering operations has been accorded ISO 22000 certification for food safety management, thus joining the Hong Kong Racecourse Operation in receiving this international recognition.

To achieve ISO 22000 certification, Beijing Clubhouse staff had to undergo training, assessment and a third-party audit to demonstrate that it had a well-planned and implemented food safety management system in place, complied with all statutory and regulatory requirements, had enhanced customer satisfaction, and communicated effectively with its partners in the food chain.
