Terms and Conditions
1. Members can enjoy a complimentary room night with breakfast and cash voucher (if applicable) for every 30 nights’ stay accumulated at Beijing Clubhouse in a calendar year.
2. A gift certificate for complimentary room night and cash voucher (if applicable) will be issued to qualifying Members by the Beijing Clubhouse.
3. Qualifying room nights refer to bookings made by both principal and spouse cardholders and pay to Beijing Clubhouse directly or via Cathay Holidays Limited.
4. Booking of the complimentary room night is subject to availability.
5. The gift certificate for complimentary room night and cash voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers and discounts.
6. The cash voucher does not apply to takeaway and Levade items.
7. Members must present their membership cards together with the gift certificate for complimentary room night when they make their room reservations; and cash voucher before payment.
8. The gift certificate for complimentary room night and cash voucher is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any amount unused during redemption will be forfeited.
9. Photocopies are not accepted and lost certificates will not be reissued.
10. The Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice. In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. In case of disputes, the Club's decision will be final.
