Sauna and Steam Room
Dos
- Wear a swimming suit or sit on a towel
- Shower before entering the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room
- Wear the slippers provided by the Recreation Centre when using the sauna or steam room
- Respect other users' equal right to enjoy the facilities
- Maintain a quiet atmosphere
- Wrap phlegm with a tissue and flush it down the toilet
- Deposit all the Club-provided towels into the laundry baskets after use
Don’ts
- Using photographic or video devices
- Exercising
- Littering
- Applying strong-smelling perfume or deodorants
- Cutting, dyeing or chemically treating hair
- Using body treatment oil
- Consuming alcoholic beverages
- Shaving
- Reading newspapers, books and magazines
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), spitting or eating
- Bringing glassware into the sauna or steam room
- Using loud, foul or abusive language
- Placing paper cups or other objects on the temperature sensors
- Using personal audio devices without headphones
- Abusing or removing the Club's supplies
- Drying personal clothing and shoes
- Allowing children under the age of 12 to use the sanua and steam room
- Using the sauna or steam room if suffering from high / low blood pressure, diabetes, skin diseases, infectious diseases, heart problems, currently taking medication or prescription drugs, or being pregnant
- Using the sauna or steam room if you are still under the influence of alcohol after consuming alcoholic beverages
