From 8 – 10 April, sample authentic kaiseki cuisine, prepared for you by guest chef Hiroyuki Saotome, Chief Executive Chef of Kaiseki Den by Saotome, one of Hong Kong’s most exclusive kaiseki restaurants. In 2010 it was the first Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong to earn a Michelin star, and has been honoured with a star each year since then. With over 30 years’ experience in preparing intricate and exquisite kaiseki dishes, Chef Saotome will ensure an authentic Japanese meal to remember!
